Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before purchasing trainers from Sneak LTD (“Shop,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Buying or Selling with Sneak
1.1 – By selling an item through Sneak LTD, the seller is creating a legally binding offer to sell the item for the specific price listed. Once the buyer accepts such an offer, the seller is legally bound to sell the item to the buyer for the specified amount. As such, once an offer is accepted, under no circumstances can the
seller cancel.
1.2 – When using our service, the seller is accepting that all shipping costs incurred from sending your item are your liability and thus, the fees for shipping will clearly be your responsibility for your items.
1.3 – It is your responsibility to ensure you are up to date with the latest amendments to these terms and conditions.
1.4 – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order or sale for any reason, including, but not limited to, product availability, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. - Pricing and Payment
2.1 – Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and any other methods specified during the checkout process.
2.2 – Prices may be subject to taxes, import duties, and other additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
2.3 – On consignments, our standard fee is 33% of the total sale price of each item sold, paid for by the seller. The fee includes payment processing and verification costs. This standard fee is non-negotiable. Sneak LTD reserves the right to change this fee with full discretion at any time, and will inform you via email 14 days prior to any changes made.
2.4 – If you withdraw a consignment after a verification check, a standard fee of £5 will apply. If you choose to withdraw, you should provide 14 days notification by email, text or WhatsApp. - Product Availability and Delivery
3.1 – We will make every effort to ensure that items are in stock and available. However, product availability may change without notice.
3.2. – f the item is not in stock, we aim to order and dispatch orders within the discussed time frame specified. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
3.3. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external shipping carriers. - Refunds
4.1. SNEAK LTD operates as an agent connecting buyers and sellers. All purchases and sales are a direct and legally binding agreement between buyer and seller and NOT SNEAK LTD. As such, we strictly operate a no returns/refunds policy. - Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1. Sneak LTD. is a Family Business. All goods sold are purchased from third parties, not from Sneak LTD. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you covenant to not bring any claim against Sneak LTD.
5.2. Sneak LTD. will not be responsible for the actions or inactions of its users. - Indemnity
6.1. By using our service, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sneak LTD, its directors, employees and agents, completely harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses (including legal and accounting costs), incurred in any way connected with your (the users) access and use of our services, or your violation of these terms. - Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By placing an order with Sneak LTD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your order.
